Our Quality Managment Systems was first certificated in 1996 with ISO 9002 Quality System. Since 2002,out QMS has been certificated in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Managment System. From 1996 today, continuity of our QMS has been certificated by Turkey"s component authority for standardization: Turkish Standards Institution (TSE). The last update was performed in 2009 as ISO 9001:2008.





The Food Safety Management system was first certified in 2005 as ISO 13001 HACCP by Turkish Standards Institution. In 2007, our Food Safety Management system was promoted to ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System. Our GMP applications have been audited by AIB (American Institute of Baking) annually.

We only use carefully selected raw materials and additives from apprved suppliers in order to fulfill the "Food Contact" regulations and directives, in production. Our Foof Grade certificate is issued by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and independent European laboratories Additionally suppliers are suppliers are investigated and according to criteraia of REACH Regulation (requlation (EC) No:1907:2006 Regisrration, Evalluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). Supplier"s adequcay and information level regard REACH Regulation are controlled with formal, writen information written information requests.



We have adequate and developed information substructure with our Microsoft Axapta ERP System, RF-ID(Radio Frequency Identification) System and Microsoft SharePoint 2010.

In ISBIR, all production steps (from raw material to final product) could be traced with the assistance of Product Traceability System and Microsoft Axapta ERP system. Product labels are main elements for the product traceability system. Customer complaints could be investigated deeply or non-conforming products could be identified easily by the traceability system.

As in 2008, Enterprise Resource Planning Servers, Exchange Server, Documents Management Server, Web Hosting Server, Terminal Servers, Domain and Security Servers are hosted by 13 servers and 4000 gigabyte disc capacity. Considering our continuous technological developments, these numbers will be updated in process of development.
